What We Do

Routine physical activity and community engagement with youth exponentially increases their overall health quality, while the camaraderie and inclusion youth sports promote builds confidence and sense of purpose, acting as preventive medicine to adolescent low self esteem.

Although our origins are predominantly in Baseball, our outreach initiatives and events, provide a gambit of youth sport activities to underserved youth in safe places to play, with equipment to play with, stewarded by identifiable mentors committed to developing their growth potential.
We view our under served youth as untapped and under resourced assets, ready to thrive with the appropriate support. And we are committed to bringing those opportunities to the most needing communities in our sphere of influence, in concert with their specific needs. Our efforts managed “need blind” Registration fees being billed as parental/ guardian contributing hours of service instead of dollars.

The “Say Hey Way”

Further we promote and work with our affiliates to practice “trickle down” youth sports education through generations. From Little Leaguers helping coach the Peewee’s, up to collegiate student athletes receiving academic credit for coaching and mentoring at the high school level.
